Is there a setup fee?

Yes, there is a £300+vat setup fee for your first store and £100+vat for additional stores on the same site. We do all the work configuring the system for your business and setting up your menu, leaving you the time to run your business.

Do you charge transaction fees?

No. You can receive unlimited orders for a fixed monthly price.

How do I receive orders?

There are 4 different ways of receiving orders - e-mail, order console, order printer or POS integration.

Do I need broadband at my store?

Yes, if you want to use our 80mm wide high speed thermal order printer - this costs £295+vat. POS integration also requires a reliable broadband connection. 

What if I don't have broadband or it's unreliable?

We can supply a 57mm wide thermal order printer that uses a mobile phone connection (data charges covers by fixed monthly fee) - this costs £295+vat. 

Are there any extra fees for POS Integration?

Yes. There is an additional fee for the setup and monthly service if you use POS integration. Contact for more details.                     

Can I offer Credit Card Processing?

Yes. You can accept payments using our standard integrated payment gateway partner Realex Payments. You will need to setup a payment gateway account with Realex and your own e-commerce merchant account into which your funds are deposited.

Do I have access to my customer data?

Yes. You own your customer data and can export your customer data at any time.


Can I upgrade from the start up plan?

Yes. You can upgrade from the start up plan to the standard plan at any time.

Which payment methods for the monthly fee do you accept?

All payments are taken via direct debit which can be setup online.

Do you offer training and support?

Yes. The monthly fee includes unlimited support and training, to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from the system.

Can I can cancel at anytime?

Yes. You are NOT tied into a minimum contract period. You can view our terms and conditions of service by clicking here 

Do you offer any discount plans?

Yes. We offer discounts if you have multiple stores. Please contact   for more details.

Do I need my own web hosting?

No. All mobo2go plans include secure, unlimited hosting for your online store. We use worldclass data centres (Microsoft Azure) to ensure your online ordering is reliable and fast.

Are there restrictions with the branding of online stores?

As standard, the branding is restricted to header image, footer image, background image and colour theme - a branding guide is provided. If you have a web designer, CSS style sheets facilitate higher levels of user interface branding.
