The new system operates like a contract catering service via the web. Companies are set up on the system and allocated meal delivery times suitable for their business. Employees can log on and order lunch for the current day, or for any day later in the week.

Delivery times are automatically assigned to orders, based on the company they work for, making it quick and easy to use. Meals are paid for online via credit card making the whole process quick and efficient.

Meal Production & Delivery

Halls new catering system solves many of the issues associated with supplying a large number of meals in a short space of time, to multiple locations.

Online ordering reduces the time staff spend on the phone, taking orders and handwriting things down, with everyting printed and paid for online it reduces staff errors and lost time correcting orders.

The online system operates with order cut-off times ensuring the production facility receives orders well in advance, now the kitchen has more time to prepare food and package meals.

With individual order dockets printed in the kitchen its easy to label and sort orders ready for sending out. Delivery is easier too as all the meals are delivered on time, at the same time to a business, rather than one at once.

Management Control

Customer orders can all be tracked via the live cloud based management dashboard allowing managers to monitor and manage the system from anywhere they choose.

The dashboard reporting highlights the number of new customers using the service, order types, store performance, sales trends, order volumes and transaction values.

The management dashboard gives clients full control over their online ordering system, including menu management, vouchers production and redemption, store operating hours, payment methods, uploading images and delivery/collection rules.

The system also generates a range of report exports facilitating email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
